Clean teeth – permanent canines and PMs PLNs: Not enlarged. H/L: NSR, NMA. Eupnic, quiet lung sounds. Abd: Soft, moderately distended, no pain on palpation, no masses palpated M/S/I: Amb x4. Anus slightly protruding. No lesions noted. No flea dirt noted. UG: Female A: Distended abdomen, slightly protruding anus – R/O GI parasites Short-term prognosis: Excellent P: Dewormed with ponazuril 0.4 ml PO and Panacur 0.4 ml PO. 1088
