I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 09/23/2016 from NY 10452, owner surrender reason stated was STRAY.

9/26/16 Pt was sleeping in cage prior to exam, very relaxed. Large abd – likely recent meal. Start buprenorphine 0.3 mg/ml, 0.05 ml SQ BID x5 days, this evening. 1088 —- 9/25/16 QAR in cage, ate some food, curled up and not moving around. Holding up RHL, palpable laxity in femur region. Rough furcoat.
