02/11/2017 PET PROFILE MEMO
02/10/17 17:51 Basic Info Yuna is a 2 year old female DSH that was found near a train station, the finders wanted to keep her but feel she is stressed out with other cats in the home Socialization Yuna is friendly with strangers but may exhibit some shyness for a couple of minutes. She has not been around children while with family. She was in the home with other cats and she did not socialize well with them, she hisses and growls in their presence and according to finder over grooms when stressed which causes excessive hair loss. She has not been seen interacting with dogs, No known bite history. Behavior Yuna does not scratch on furniture and uses the litter box really well. Hisses at other pets in home. She has been seen getting startled by fireworks. Finders tried bathing her but she hisses and struggles even at the sound of water. There were times when she allowed finders to clip her nails and then sometimes she is really resistant to it. She is not bothered by having her coat brushed or being picked up or held. New Family Yuna is a shy kitty with a medium level of activity and likes to sleep under the covers of her owners. She enjoys playing with mouse toys. She is completely litter box trained and uses an uncovered litter box with clumping litter. She is fed wet food twice a day and gets dry food mixed in once a day. Intake Behavior: Yuna allowed all handling. She was head butting and rubbing her face/body against me and my hands/arms. Yuna allowed to be scanned (-), collared and taken picture of, it took me several tries to get a decent picture as she was walking around a lot and rubbing herself against my hands quite a bit. Yuna makes sudden, quick movements (including her pupils dilating and her tail flicking) that appear perhaps she might become overstimulated at times. She didn’t want to be picked up but once I picked her up with a towel her body relaxed.
