Oral Exam: unremarkable
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: female, no discharge
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: normal externally

Prognosis: fair to good currently, though if truly FelV+ positive than long term prognosis poor
Plan:
Erythromycin OU BID x 7 days
Doxycycline 10 mg/kg PO SID x 10 days
Seek foster
Recommend restesting Combo test in 6 months
SURGERY:
Temporary waiver due to underage/underweight
