Winkie is a 4 year old spayed Gray Tabby cat that has no past or current medical issues that the owner is aware of. Previous owner has had Winkie for about 7 months but can no longer have her due to being evicted.
According to the previous owner, around strangers, Winkie can be shy and hide. Around adults, Winkie respect & relaxed and previous owner considers to be a lump. Winkie has never been around other cats, dogs, or children so her behavior is unknown. She has never bitten a person or another animal before.
Previous owners stated that Winkie does not have any behavioral or litter box issues. Winkie allows being picked up and held but only for a short period of time, she will attempt to struggle free when she has had enough. Winkie isn’t bothered by being put into a carrier and she meows during car rides.
For a New Family to Know:
Winkie is described as friendly, mellow, shy, affectionate and independent with a low activity level. When in the home, Winkie is would sometimes follow you around if she wants attention and other times she would just be in her favorite spots. She does not play with any toys. Previous owner stated that she likes to have chats. She was kept indoors and is litter box trained. Winkie used an uncovered litter box and clumping litter. She was fed dry cat and wet cat food. Winkie is declawed so she was not provided a scratching post.

ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
