MSI: Ambulatory x 4—very painful left hock, some swelling, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: suspect metatarsal fx
Prognosis:good
Plan:radiographs,0.25ml simbadol 0.18onsior
SURGERY: Okay for surgery
