LVT EXAM:
Microchip: Scanned negative
Sex: Male cryptorchid. 2nd slightly behind in inguinal canal
Age 3 months
Mentation: appropriate
Eyes: appear mildly crossed but able to follow fingers
Ears: clear
Nose: clear
Teeth: white; gums mildly pale
If abnormal BCS: mildly underweight for frame
Skin: dry, no flea dirt or parasites noted
Hair Coat: light dirt, no sign of urine on coat
Declawed: no, nails long
Any injuries: Dragging left hind leg; no pain sensation in toe pinch. No obvious fractures felt in leg or along spine. Placed in medical pending DVM intake
Behavior: Friendly, purring. Allows all handling. Came out of carrier to solicit attention.
Medication: re: VOC gave 0.18cc Simbadol for pain.
