Tense, tries to get away from examiner, wide eyes, ears slightly back, food appears untouched, clean litter Evidence of Cruelty seen – No Evidence of Trauma seen – No Objective P = WNL R = WNL BCS 8/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Mild dental tartar/gingivitis PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Unable to palpate deeply due to size and behavior U/G: Neutered MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Overweight, gingivitis Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC.
