Whoopie A1064726 – 2 yr. female black cat, stray
Upon intake cat was docile. Her body was huddled tight and her head held low. She however seemed to enjoy being pet. She allowed to be collared and photographed by an admissions counselor. Cat scanned negative for a microchip.
MEDICAL:

mm = pink, moist
eent = os: clear; od = complete corneal scarring with neovascularization and appearing to have symblepharon of the upper lid to the cornea. clean au; nnd; moderate to severe gingivitis with staining of the canines. All other teeth appear clean.
integ = mild dandruff on the cranial dorsal region
abdomen = snp – no vaginal discharge observed although significant amount of clumped, dry fur with thick tan colered discharge in perivulvar area. Discharge appeared to be oozing from anus
gu = thick, enlarged mammary glands, soft, non-painful to touch. Teats are not inflamed. No discharge.
very good temperment
offered canned food – not interested.

applied 0.5 ml activyl
applied erythromycin od
will continue to monitor – recommend spaying to resolve mammary gland hyperplasia (likely) and ophthalmologist upon placement.
