02/09/16 13:52 Intake Behavior: Violet allowed staff to collar, scan for a microchip and take pictures with no signs of aggression. Violet was a bit nervous around staff but warmed up after sometime allowing staff to pet her.

Reaction to assessor: Violet does not come to front but looks at the assessor calm and relaxed When spoken quietly: Violet does not come to front but looks at the assessor calm and relaxed Reaction to door cage opening: Violet remains soft and relaxed Reaction to touch: Violet allows petting and attention Try picking cat up: Violet is tolerant of this type of handling but tense. Behavior Determination: Average Violet was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to what we are seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment she was displaying calm behavior, did not come to the front of the kennel but interacts with the Assessor, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. Violet is displaying behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents.
