SAFE 12/7/17 VINCE is a sweet little kitten that needs some TLC. She currently has an URI and is a little underweight.
Vince 15115 – 9 week old male gray kitten:
Vince is a 2 month old gray male kitten who was found outside and was brought to the ACC as a stray.
Previously lived with:
How is this cat around strangers?
When meeting the stff at the ACC for the first time Vince was shy but allowed all handling.

DVM Intake Exam
Estimated age: 8 wks
Microchip noted on Intake? neg
History : Stray from yard – finder trying to socialize them. Eye d/c noted.
Subjective: QARH, Not interested in food.
Observed Behavior – Easy to handle.
Evidence of Cruelty seen -n
Evidence of Trauma seen -n
P = 200
R = eup
EENT: Eyes – hyperemic sclera and chemosis OS. OD clr. Ears clean. SND.
Oral Exam: no ulcers, normal kitten teeth
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated. Pot bellied.
U/G: Male – 2 scrotal testicles
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, fleas, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
8 wk male DSH
Clavamox liq 0.15 cc po bid x 10 days – first dose given.
Erythromycin OU BID x 7 days.
20 cc sqf.
Re-check VC tmrw.
Temporary waiver due to URI and underweight.
