Medical Summary 11/14/17 S/O: brought in with queen and one littermate onto ACC van friendly, allowed handling, a little nervous, cute, robust kitten BAR EENT: pink gums, deciduous teeth ABN: SNP UROGEN: FI, grossly normal H/L: NSF, no m/a, lungs clear, eupneic M/S: amb x4, BCS 3/5 SKIN: no flea dirt seen A: clinically healthy FeLV positive 9week old kitten P: FIV/FeLV SNAP: positive on FeLV snap given FVRCP, vxn, ponazuril, pyrantel, and Advantage, given MC FeLV positive status may be transient or even false positive rec recheck in 2-3 weeks- p appears healthy
