Medical Summary microchip scan negative female, approximately 2 months old minor waxy debris AU discharge and conjunctivitis OU – cleaned and applied terramycin URI, moderate light green nasal discharge deciduous dentition 1.7lbs; BCS: 2/5, underweight offered wet kitten food – has an okay appetite skin tent, dehydrated – gave 0.25ml LRS as per dr. 0587 medication: 25ml LRS SC SID x 3 days, doxycycline 50mg/ml 0.2ml SID x 10 days, terramycin OU BID x 10 days, vet recheck scheduled tomorrow very friendly, allowed all handling
