One of five cats removed from a home containing at least 10, owner deceased, K17-087921; each housed separately here. Lying low at back of cage, trying to be invisible. Allows petting all over, but turns head away, wants to hide. Needs grooming. Seems to have a good appetite (ate overnight), gave a fresh bowl of wet food. Sprayed Feliway and gave a frozen beef broth pop to see if he had any interest in that treat.
Rolling around playfully when I enter the room! Seems happy. Comes forward immediately, social and friendly and attention-seeking. Allowed all handling, including pick up. Sweet boy! Loves tuna, has a huge appetite. Doing well today, so much livelier and outgoing than yesterday!
