***SAFE 03/10/16*** BETRAYED! Born into the home from which she was surrendered, TWINKIE belonged to an elderly woman and used to follow that woman around the house. Twinkie lived in harmony with her own mother and is described as being low-key and a bit wary of strangers. She sounds like a lovely girl who needs a patient person to help her trust again, someone who understands that she likes to warm up to new faces. Of course, that also sounds like a cat who is never going to get anything but a raw deal from the ACC, which is exactly what has happened. TWINKIE earned a respectable EXPNOCHILD rating on her her behavioral evaluation, and needs a FOSTER/ADOPTER to save her life tonight!
