Behavior: friendly, attention seeking, attempts to follow handler despite incoordination

Re-exam:
06/17/16 13:00 severe ataxia although able to move in and out of nesting box, intention tremor, otherwise BARH mm pink
A: CH moderate-severe signs
P: not a progressive condition, but pt is special needs. recc rescue . monitor app
