TUCKER – A1066690

SAFE 03/18/16*** BETRAYED SENIOR GENT! Yes, that’s right, TUCKER is going to be killed tomorrow because he was “given to the owner by the her uncle when she was younger and is being surrendered due to his litterbox issues and his age.” YOU GOTTA BE JOKING! This guy lived with an INFANT, with YOUNG KIDS and a CHIHUAHUA, but his selfish hard-hearted former owner wants nothing to do with him because he’s not a brand new toy. She couldn’t even be bothered to take him to a vet, so he hasn’t had any medical care over the last few years. Tucker is NEUTERED, he carries an AVERAGE rating, and he has loving volunteer comments. Please prove to TUCKER that some humans don’t suck—read these comments and then find a FOSTER/ADOPTER to save his life tonight! “A volunteer writes: I think if I had to summarize Tucker in one word-it would have to be wow! This gentleman has lived with young children and a puppy, was happy and playful with all. He is friendly and affectionate, and don’t let that age number fool you, still pretty playful. He has so much love to give and life to share, please consider making him your next family member. He would be most delighted.”

Tucker’s previous owners report that he was eliminating outside the litter box for about 4 months on soft surfaces or behind things. We are unaware of what, if any, modifications steps were taken to try and address this behavior in the home, so we cannot be sure what the trigger may have been or if this behavior may continue in a future home. However, we recommend that potential adopters be comfortable with management and modification techniques for elimination outside the litter box should this behavior continue in a home environment.
