The shelter staff think I am about 1 year old.
I weigh 8 pounds.

I have been at the shelter since Feb 17, 2016.
Initial Exam (2/17/16)
initial exam
microchip scan negative
approx 1 year old male intact DSH cat – very scared, will flee
non-weight bearing on right hind leg with swelling at distal femur – suspect right femoral fracture
BAR, hydrated, no URI signs, heart and lungs WNL, clean ears, flea dirt present, clean adult dentition, BCS 4/9, mm’s pink and moist CRT 1-2 sec, no neuro deficits noted, lymph nodes WNL, abdomen WNL.
plan:
gave FVRCP vaccine SQ over right front leg
gave rabies vaccine SQ over right hind leg
applied activyl topically
gave 0.8 ml pyrantel PO
gave 1 mg/kg hydro (0.18 ml) — sign up for TID, no buprenorphine available
sign up for sedated x-rays tomorrow (NPO tonight)
recommend new hope placement for (suspect) fracture repair
Re-Exam (2/18/16)
S/O: sedated exam and x-rays of suspect fracture. NPO overnight. left and right femoral fractures, left hip is dislocated. cat is recovering well after sedation. very fearful but appears comfortable.
A: femoral fractures bilaterally (closed, complete)
