TORI – A1090025
Safe - 10-4-2016 Brooklyn Rescue: Anjellicle Cats Rescue Please honor your pledges: http://bit.ly/ToriA1090025
***SAFE 10/04/16*** TORI’S STORY IS VERY SKETCHY…AND LEFT US TO FILL IN THE BLANKS! She was brought in by someone who has had the 1 year old gray tabby, for a few weeks. Who claims to have gotten her from a neighbor. Si why bring her in after a few weeks? If this person really didn’t want her then why even bother with the 2 weeks? If course, you know, these owners tend to lie, to ease their own conscious! Whatever the real reason, we do know that TORI needs a FOSTER OR ADOPTER or will not live ANOTHER DAY! Please, don’t let TORI down so much like the people who brought her in to the ACC! Show her more compassion than that! Be her super- human hero!

09/21/2016 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPERIENCE
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Tori was brought in as a stray, so we cannot speak to her behavior in her previous home. Reaction to assessor: Tori was wrapped up in her bedding at the back of the cubby. Reaction when softly spoken to: Tori is curious and leans forward to sniff the assessor. Reaction to cage door opening: Tori remains motionless. Reaction to touch: Tori vocalizes and lip licks when the assessor extends his hand out. She allows petting and tilts her head allowing rubs but she is confident at the back and doesn’t come forward. Reaction to being picked up: Tori was tense when held, lip licks and leaped back into the kennel. Behavior Determination: Experience Tori may be a little more independent, and may need time to warm up to her new home. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents.
