Lying in back of kennel with a low, tense body. She tolerates petting along her head and body while turning head to watch my hand and pressing back against the wall, eyes wide. Very nervous. Needs more time to adjust.

Lying in litterbox with a tense body, ears tilted. Makes eye contact with wide eyes and tenses face as I open the kennel door. She leans away and squints her eyes closed when I reach towards her in an attempt to pet her. I pull my hand back and leave her some treats instead. Nervous, needs more time to adjust.

History : O deceased. Brought in as 4 cats from one household (Shirley 23233, Tommy 23234, Tony 23235, Victor 23236). Two other cats from same household were brought in previously (Spottie 23096 and Lego 23097).
Subjective:BAR- H. Very cursory exam – in net and very jumpy.
Observed Behavior – Hissing, moving to bite, needed to examine in net

Oral Exam: Visualized while hissing – missing many teeth but not able to see much.
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Female – presumed spayed because house mates altered and age but unable to shave; unable to check MG’s.
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
