SAFE 12/6/17 TOM TOM was brought in by someone who said he was hit by a car. The shelter seems to not find anything wrong and said he is healthy. Tom Tom is already neutered and needs a furever home asap!

Subjective: BAR, nervous/scared, stays low to the table and crouches. Difficult to assess gait but no obvious lameness. No signs of aggression, allows for medical handling and examination.

EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted
Oral Exam: neg oral
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat. No external injuries seen. No pain on palpation of limbs/spine.
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: normal externally
reported HBC, but apparently healthy on PE
ctm at BACC until transfer / adoption
simbadol 0.24mg/kg SQ once
