EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted
Oral Exam: moderate dental tartar, pink mm
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Neutered
MSI: Ambulatory x 2, dragging hind limbs, positive motor, small healing wounds at hocks, areas of alopecia and scarbbing around ears anc neck, CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: Hind end paresis
Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC. Simbdaol 0.7ml SQ. Recheck tomorrow. Radiographs scheduled for tomorrow
Prognosis: Fair
