06/14/2017 PET PROFILE MEMO
06/14/17 15:31 Tiny A1115338 is a male brown tabby DSH feline who was surrendered due to his owner passing away at a senior facility in the Bronx. Due to this reason not much information is known about Tiny besides him visiting a veterinarian in February of 2017 and living alone with his owner. The person who surrendered Tiny stated he was hissing, growling when they were attempting to place him into a carrier to be brought in. They had to wrap him up in a jacket to then place him in the carrier. During intake Tiny was hissing, growling and swatting in his carrier. Due to these behaviors I was unable to remove him from the carrier to scan, collar or take his pictures.
