Tinkerbell is a 9 year old domestic short hair brown tabby. Who was brought to the ACC as surrender due to the fact her owner was moving out of state. The owner states that Tinkerbell is a friendly and affectionate cat who does well with children. But has not been around cats or other dogs. When
Tinkerbell plays her owner described her as gentle. Tinkerbell has been using clumping litter, eats dry food and uses an uncovered litter box. Tinkerbell has been recently seen by the vet and has no known medical issues.

H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Spayed
MSI: Ambulatory x 4,
INTG skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: Not performed
Assessment – Patient appears to be in good health
