SAFE 4/29/18 — 6-week-old Tiger is not doing too well and could really use some extra TLC @MACC. TIGER is a 6 week old kitten who was found without it’s momma cat. He has conjunctivitis and needs a foster home where he can get some TLC .

H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, soft, no masses palpated
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – igns of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: Severe URI
Prognosis: Poor to Fair
Plan:
– Continue on current tx plan
– Provided a warmed disk underneath PT covered with cloth throughout the day.

Administered flow-by oxygen (5L) to patient for approximately 10 minutes. Patient did not tolerate facemask. Used hose only. Returned patient to housing without incident.
