S/O: Kitten is BARH. BCS 4/9. EENT – mild crusting outter pinna AU. Healthy deciduous dentition. Heart/lungs auscult wnl. Abdomen distended, no masses palpated. Amb x 4. Skin/coat – unkempt.
A: URI, resolving; Ringworm; Underage/Underweight
P: Returning from foster. Permanent intake until rescue placement found. Move to bottom cage in ISO. Continue treatment for URI and Ringworm.
PROGNOSIS:
GOOD
