SAFE 9/27/17 Underage Kittens Rescued from Drain Pipe need placement ASAP! These babies came in yesterday and rescued from a drain pipe on Staten Island. Workers heard faint meows and managed to climb in to get them. They are a bit frightened and need some cleaning up. All appear to be eating well and need placement ASAP!
