***SAFE 02/25/16 *** KITTEN! Tessa is less than a year old, and her steady gaze certainly captures one’s heart. Two quotes sum up her ACC experience. the first describing her capture: “The client is a regular who brings in cats they find & aren’t able to keep. Tessa was lured into a trap and brought into our BXAC. During intake Tessa managed to run out from her trap and was caught with a freeman net. When touched Tessa attempts to get away and appears very nervous.” POOR TESSA! Volunteers love her and even wrote this fantastic little blurb about her: “A volunteer writes: This tiny little lady is definitely timid and the shelter life is quite overwhelming for her. While she keeps to herself, after awhile, she will come out of her hiding place and explore. Being in a safe, quiet environment is definitely where this young lady will shine! Come see precious Tessa today!” Tessa has an EXPERIENCE rating, her medical notes suggest strongly that she is someone’s lost pet, and she needs a FOSTER/ADOPTER to save her life, tonight!

02/08/16 08:23 Tessa A1064679 is a young white & black DSH feline who was found near a construction site near the finder’s residence in the Bronx a little while ago. The client is a regular who brings in cats they find & aren’t able to keep. Tessa was lured into a trap and brought into our BXAC. During intake Tessa managed to run out from her trap and was caught with a freeman net. When touched Tessa attempts to get away and appears very nervous. Due to these behaviors we weren’t able to collar or take her pictures on our back drop but we did manage to scan (-) her.
