Medical Summary scan negative intact male weight: 4.5lbs bright eyes clean ears – em negative slightly dirty coat – flea dirt present – no live fleas seen slight staining to teeth nasal discharge present – nasal discharge covering airway for him to breathe – cleaned nose with warm compress – congested – URI confirmed by 1067 slightly dehydrated ulcer present on tip of tongue slightly underweight overall body condition is good tense and nervous during exam – tried to flee BAR no interest in food at this time as per 1067 start on doxycycline 50mg/mL PO SID x 10 days 1mL of nutrical PO BID x 3 days 75cc LRS SQ SID x 3 days .12cc Bupren PO BID x 3 days recheck status on day 3
