History : stray
Subjective: fracture RH leg, tibia/fibula
Observed Behavior – hissing, unsocialized. probably pain component
Evidence of Cruelty seen – n
Evidence of Trauma seen – yes
Objective
P = 200 R = wnl BCS 5/9
EENT: OD purulent d/c
Oral Exam: decid teeth
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: female
MSI: amb x3, RR leg hanging at sitle level, obvious fracture. skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: fracture RR leg, , conjunctivitis
Plan: gave 0.12 simbadol sq will sign up for onsior 0.1ml
needs radiographs
rads: spiral farcture of distal tibia with deformation (probable fracture of fibula). fibula not displaced, tibia miniamlly displaced. may heal with splint
erythromcyin ou for eyes
Prognosis: good
SURGERY:
Temporary waiver due to illness
