H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: spayed female, tattoo noted on abdomen
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal:grossly normal

Plan:
-sedated with 0.1 ml ketamine/0.1 dexdom/0.1 ml torb IM to shave for spay scar and perform CT
-monitor overall health in care centers
