Observed Behavior – Allows all handling.

EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted
Oral Exam: mod calculus, mild gingivitis
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: neutered male
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted. Alopecia on abd/ inguinal area/ inside back legs. Several (7-10) erythematous few mm plaques medial hock. No lesions around face or neck. Otherwise hair coat good.
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Alopecia caudal abd – r/o allergies vs behavior.
Slightly overweight 5 yo MC DSH.
Plan: Monitor. Consider chlorpheniramine oral for allergies if worsens.
