Allowed all handling, appears nervous Evidence of Cruelty seen – No Evidence of Trauma seen – No Objective P = WNL R = WNL BCS 5/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Teeth clean, adult dentition erupting, pink mm, no oral ulcers PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated; reducible umbulical hernia, ~1cm U/G: Female MSI: Ambulatory x 4, flea dirt, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: reducible umbilical hernia, fleas, ear mites Plan: Revolution applied for ear mites and fleas.
