Stella was brought in as a stray, so we cannot speak to her behavior in her previous home. Reaction to assessor: Stella was calm and relaxed on her blanket. Reaction when softly spoken to: Stella makes eye contact but doesn’t come forward. Reaction to cage door opening: Stella comes forward slowly. Reaction to touch: Stella rubs up against the assessor and allows petting all over. Her tail is up and purrs softly when pet. Reaction to being picked up: Stella was a bit tense when held, looks around and leaps back into the kennel. Behavior Determination: Average Stella interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents.
