EENT: OU- green mucoid discharge, conjunctival hyperemia; mucoid nasal discharge
Oral Exam: deciduous teeth, oral ulceration seen at right caudal buccal mucosa
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: FI
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, hair at hindend soiled with diarrhea
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment approx 2 month old FI DLH
sneezing, nasal discharge, oral ulceration- R/O URI vs other

Parvocite snap test: negative
move to isolation
start doxycycline 8 mg PO SID x 10 days
start erythromycin eye ointment OU BID x 10 days
start panacur 40 mg PO SID x 5 days
