Medical Summary 12/30/16 16:40 scan negative high-rise (3 story fall reported) S/O: T: 102.5 P: 164 R: panting very tense behav/poss. feral cat EENT: clean/clear, mm pink crt 2 sec H/L: nma; incr resp effort, mild wheezing, decr lung sounds caudally Integ: abrasion to 1st digit on left front paw, nosf MS: RF leg non-weight bearing lameness, crepitus palpable Neuro: appropriate Repro: female Rads – appears to have pneumothorax and a complete fracture to right ulna just distal to joint A: high-rise trauma – non-weight bearing lameness to front right leg – incr resp effort/mmild wheezing – poss. diaphragmatic hernia vs pneumothorax vs other P: supportive therapy/stabilize + reevaluate – gave 100 ml LRS SQ + 0.15 ml Bup. IM; on heating pad in cage
