MOST RECENT MEDICAL INFORMATION AND WEIGHT
09/27/2017 Exam Type OBSERVATION – Medical Rating is 1 – NORMAL , Behavior Rating is NONE, Weight 9.9 LBS.
Spotty noted to be drooling this morning by kennel staff. No evidence of vomit or diarrhea in kennel, appears to have eaten normally. Oral exam: negative for ulcers, or FB, teeth seem ok. No ptyalism noted at time of exam (3 hours post initial observation this morning). Rest of PE is within normal limits. I do note that spotty is timid and fearful when approached, perhaps the ptyalism was stress/fear induced this morning. P: continue to monitor.
