H/L: Grade II-III heart murmur ausculted, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: spayed female, no discharge
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: normal externally
Assessment-
1) Heart Murmur (non-clinical)- r/o underlying heart disease (HCM, OCM) vs physiologic (DRTVO)
Prognosis: fair
Plan: consider workup (echocardiogram/ECG, bloodwork) in the future if clinical signs become apparent
