WILL FLEE Evidence of Cruelty seen – no Evidence of Trauma seen – no Objective P = 200 bpm R = eupneic BCS: 4/9 EENT: Eyes clear, moderate brown debris in ears, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: clean adult dentition, adult upper middle incisors erupted PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: FI, no vulvar d/c or MGTs MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Apparently healthy Intact Plan: schedule for surgery Prognosis: excellent SURGERY: Okay for surgery
