Subjective: Cat is Q/BARH.
Observed Behavior – At back of cage, vocalizes (meowing and growling) when cage opened. Once out of cage is very sweet and allows all handling with minimal restraint.
Evidence of Cruelty seen – no
Evidence of Trauma seen – no

T = NA P = wnl R = wnl BCS 5/9
EENT: Eyes clear, ears dark brown debris AU, no nasal discharge noted
Oral Exam: Grade 1/4 dental dz
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: wnl
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, live flea seen, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: not performed
Assessment:
Plan: Put on tech check for clean ears and start Tresaderm 6-8 drops AU q12h x 10d.
Prognosis:
Good-Excellent
