05/01/17 16:38 Basic Info: Sparkle A1110347 is a 3yr old spayed female marble brown tabby DSH feline who was given to the owner as a gift 3yrs ago & is being surrendered due to allergies. She was last seen by a vet 2yrs ago when spayed and currently has no known health issues/injuries. Socialization: Sparkle hasn’t been exposed to strangers. She hasn’t been around other animals but was gentle, playful, relaxed/affectionate with children ages 5, 7 & 17yrs old and the adults in the home. Sparkle hasn’t bitten/scratched any person or animal. Behavior: Sparkle hasn’t been on a car ride. She isn’t bothered with being placed into a carrier or being held/pet or brushed. The following hasn’t been done to know her behaviors: being disturbed while sleeping/resting, having her nails trimmed or bathed. Sparkle scratches on the couch at times but also scratches on a carpeted scratching post. For a New Family to Know: Sparkle is described as friendly, playful, affectionate & quiet with low-medium activity level. When the owner is home Sparkle follows them around. She’s an indoor cat that sleeps around the home, eats dry & wet Purina cat chow 2x a day and uses a hooded litter box with clumping litter within but also sometimes “goes” in the bathtub if the curtain is closed all the way. Intake Behavior: Sparkle had a soft body, eyes and allowed all handling. She allowed to be scanned (-), collared & have her pictures taken. Sparkle seemed to enjoy being pet as she closed her eyes during. She didn’t seem to mind being picked up/held and was placed into a kennel with ease.
