A few weeks ago he was dumped by his original owner at the shelter. He was adopted on 6/30 and his new owner has now returned him because “he is failing to thrive” !! SPANKY has a URI and has lost 2 lbs since he was adopted. This 11 year old senior boy is as sweet and docile as they come, but he is in need of a furever home asap where he can get lots of TLC and love! Won’t you help SPANKY today?
