Oral Exam: negative oral exam
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: male intact
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities.
Assessment: in apparent good health
Prognosis: good
Plan: continue to monitor at ACC
SURGERY:
temporary surgical waiver due to age/weight

Sora enjoyed being pet and would purr when held. Sora allowed staff to collar, scan for a microchip and take pictures with no signs of aggression.
