Oral Exam: Incisors and canines just coming in
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Female
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, large amnount of flea dirt. No masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: Normal externally
Assessment:
1. Conjunctivitis
2. Flea dirt
Prognosis: Fair-good
Plan:
Erythromycin OU BID x10 days
