SOCKS is very thin and dehydrated and doesn’t seem to have much of an appetite…PLEASE HELP HIM TODAY!
Socks A1104152 – 9 month old neutered brown tabby, stray
Finder has been feeding and caring for animal for the last couple of months and stated that Socks has been approaching finder with a soft relaxed body and allowing all handling.
Behavior during intake: Socks was nervous and at the back of the carrier during intake. Counselor was able to scan for a mc, collar and take a picture without any issues. Socks began to relax and solicit attention after a few minutes by rubbing against counselors hand.
Arrived with three other 9mo kittens in K17-089001. In medical for treatment and attention. Comes forward, seems uncomfortable, allows and appreciates petting all over. Didn’t eat the Friskies “meaty bits” (orange can) overnight, offered R.C. Babycat, some albacore tuna and a Fancy Feast tuna “medleys” variety to see if he’d eat. Beautiful cat, really needs some XTLC. Also gave Temptations treats.
