SNOWBALL – A1075980
Safe - 6-14-2016 Manhattan Rescue: Feline Rescue of SI Please honor your pledges: http://felinerescueofstatenisland.org/donation/
***SAFE 06/14/16*** WISE EYES! Gorgeous SNOWBALL is a 3-year-old dude whose eyes are full of intelligence. Taken to the ACC and abandoned by a former owner who claimed their “personal problems” made it too hard to continue owning a cat, Snowball has seen enough horrors in his time at the ACC to last a lifetime. His EXPNOCHILD rating is, in part, a reflection of how disgusting and horrifying the ACC must seem to him, after having lived in a real home with someone he probably loved. Make sure this exquisite boy gets that chance again, by sharing him far and wide for a foster or adopter, tonight!

06/04/2016 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – EXPNOCHILD
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Snowball looks neutral in the cage when approached. Reaction to door opening: Snowball remains crouched position on his cage bedding, low tail flicking, alert with soft eyes. Reaction to touch: Snowball leans into the assessor’s hand, but along the back he becomes agitated to the touch and began to swat and warn nip. Placement determination: Experience / no child Snowball tolerates attention and petting but may be stressed in the shelter, and may be intimidated by small children. Due to the behaviors seen in the care center, we feel that this cat will do best in a calm, quiet home with experienced cat parents and without children.
