In CLEH am rounds sibling Luna had bilat conj w/viscous d/c and crusting>> transfer to iso w/ sibling Subjective: Observed Behavior – easy to handle and examine Evidence of Cruelty seen – none observed Evidence of Trauma seen – none observed Objective T = NE P = wnl R = wnl BCS 5/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: nsf PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: nsf MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: appears healthy Plan: no tx indicated at this time monitor for clinical appearence of sub clinical uri in this kitten Prognosis: good SURGERY: Temporary waiver due to sibling has uri and monitor for dz in this kitten
