Oral Exam: neg oral, no lesions
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated. Limited palpation due to behavior. Unable to palpate bladder.
U/G: FI, no MGTs, no vulvar discharge
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: normal externally
Assessment:

hx of urinating out side litter box
apparently healthy
Prognosis: good
Plan:
ctm at MACC until transfer/adoption
if p continues to urinate outside litter box, consider full blds, UA, and AXR
