S: Slightly tense, allows all handling O: BAR-H, BCS 7/9, MMs pink and moist EENT: No discharge OU, AU, nose. Clean teeth. PLNs: Not enlarged. H/L: NSR, NMA. Eupnic, quiet lung sounds. Abd: Soft, no pain on palpation, no masses palpated M/S/I: Amb x4. Dry, slightly flaky skin. UG: Female, possible spay scar palpated but could not be sure A: Overweight Short-term prognosis: Good P: 1. Shave to confirm spay scar 2. Recommend weight loss of 2-3 lbs 1088
