Oral Exam: mild staining and gingivitis
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Male – 2 scrotal testicles
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat. Left dorsal neck – small healing wound, previously sensitive but not painful today, not swollen, minimally red. Mild hair loss around neck.
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities

1 yo M intact DSH.
Healing neck wound.
Prognosis: Good
Plan: Shaved neck. Cleaned w nolvasan. No meds.
Re-check VC 2 days.
